We do! Delivery and installation fees are calculated on top of your order. Installation fee: Our installation fee is 20% of your balloon order subtotal. Delivery Fee: We have a minimum of $30 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our Headquarters (located in Fort Lauderdale) to your event at $3 per mile

At Colour Haus, we prioritize excellence, using only the finest quality balloons and materials. While we strive for longevity, it's essential to note that unforeseen circumstances may lead to balloons popping or deflating sooner than expected. We cannot guarantee the durability of your balloons post-delivery or pickup. Generally, outdoor balloons can be expected to last 1-2 days, while indoor balloons can last up to 2+ weeks. Keep in mind, these durations are approximate, and though we aim for the best, we cannot provide absolute assurances.

Crafting one-of-a-kind balloon creations takes time and thoughtful design. To ensure your celebration receives the attention it deserves, we encourage early bookings. The more time we have, the better we can tailor our creations to your vision. Avoid the disappointment of our availability being fully booked by securing our services as soon as your event date is confirmed.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event set up, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability. Any cancellations less than 72 hours from your event are subject to additional materials costs if you wish to reschedule.

If you rented a backdrop frame from us with your balloon order, than we will return (at the agreed upon date/time) to breakdown the frame, strike and dispose of the balloons. If no rental was included on your order, we do not return to breakdown your balloons unless there were prior arrangements made and additional fees would apply.

The size of your grab & go garland will determine the size of the vehicle needed. If you booked a 4ft garland you can get by in any size car or sedan. Anything larger, you will need an SUV with all the seats down. The more room the better. We recommend coming with an empty vehicle void of any sharp or pointy object to avoid popping the balloons.
